I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was very comfortable and spacious for my family of 4. While the rooms are a bit dated and could use some upgrading to maintain its 5-star status, they were still nice and equipped with all the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel. The service was outstanding, with staff members going out of their way each day to ensure our stay was pleasant and memorable. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, making it convenient for exploring the city. The dining experience was good overall, offering a variety of options, although it was a bit uninspiring at times.
